Grievance and Redressal Cell – College Profile

Objective:

The Grievance and Redressal Cell aims to provide a transparent, fair, and effective system for addressing grievances and complaints from students, staff, and faculty. The cell ensures that issues are resolved promptly with confidentiality and respect for all parties involved.

Functions of the Cell:

1. To receive, investigate, and redress grievances submitted by students and staff.
2. To ensure a safe, equitable, and respectful campus environment.
3. To promote awareness about students’ rights and responsibilities.
4. To maintain records of grievances and monitor timely resolutions.
5. To recommend preventive and corrective actions to the college administration.
