GYM AND SPORTS

           Gym and Sports are essential for Physical Fitness, Mental Well being and Overall Health. They help improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination while also reducing stress and promoting social interaction. Regular participation in Gym and Sports activities can lead to a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.

         Our college is popular in Ball -Badminton and Tennis games /sports.  Student players represent our university to play in All India -varsity competitions particularly in Ball -Badminton.
