The aforementioned committees check the equipment or facilities against a stock register and make any ideas they may have for enhancing the facilities before submitting their report to the Principal for further discussion with the relevant departments.

1.      Laboratories: Each member of the Science department's personnel ensures the proper and optimal utilization of laboratory equipment. Each laboratory has support personnel such as a Lab Assistant, Herbarium Keeper, Record Assistant, and Office Subordinate who maintain the laboratory under the direction of the department head. The request for the purchase of new apparatus, if any, is resolved in departmental meetings and then forwarded to the Principal for further action. The Principal forwards the information to the purchase committee, which is responsible for ensuring the integrity of equipment purchases and stock register entries, which are reviewed annually by the Stock Verification Committee.

2.      IT Infrastructure: Under the direction of the Department of Computer Science, the maintenance of the college's IT infrastructure, including software updates, Anti-virus updates, networking and internet connectivity issues, is performed.

3.      Library  : The Library Advisory Committee determines the need for new books, periodicals, and journals for the library, and the Purchase Committee makes the necessary purchases. Periodically, pest control of library books and records and book binding of ancient books are also performed.

4.      Sports  : The Physical Director and members of the Games and Sport Committee maintain the college's gymnasium and sports equipment.

5.      Furniture : The purchase committee, in coordination with the furniture committee and under the direction of the principal, is responsible for minor repairs to existing classroom workstations and the purchase of additional furniture.

Other Infrastructure: The maintenance of other infrastructural facilities, such as the RO water plant, campus cleaning, restrooms, and electrical and sewage works, is the responsibility of the supporting staff under the direction of the Principal.
