Code of conduct to
students
1. Both
on and off the college campus, students are expected to behave properly and
with the utmost discipline.
2. There is
a six-day workweek that runs from Monday to Saturday. The time slot for classes
is 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3. All
students are expected to arrive for class on time, and arriving late is
discouraged.
4. The
proper way to address teachers is with "Good Morning, madam/sir" or
"Namasthe, madam/sir."
5. While
a class is in progress, no one may enter or exit the room without
authorization.
6. It is
required that all students in the relevant class attend the entire event, such
as student lectures, project presentations, etc.
7.
Students are not permitted to leave the campus during class times without the
lecturer, the HoD, or the principal's approval.
8. After
5.15 p.m., all pupils must leave the classrooms. No pupils are allowed to
wander or congregate in the verandah, the hallway, the staircase, etc.
9.
Students must arrive at the college wearing authorized uniforms. In addition,
anyone working in a lab is required to wear a lab coat.
10.
Unless otherwise stated, all students are expected to attend all college-related
events in academic attire.
11. All
students are required to wear their identification cards, which must be
prominently displayed.
12. The
discipline committee will be notified of any tattooing, body piercing, hair
style, etc. that might violate academic standards, and appropriate action will
be taken.
13. The
discipline committee will be notified of any dress code violations on campus
and may decide to take additional disciplinary action.
14. To
maintain decorum, all students must remain silent in academic buildings.
Deviant behaviour, such as hooting, whistling, loitering, etc., would be
considered an act of indiscipline.
15.
Outside of class, students are encouraged to participate in professional body
events, use the college's common computing facilities, and use the library.
16. All
students are required to maintain a tidy and clean campus. No waste should be
disposed of anyplace else on campus save the trash cans.
It is
firmly mentioned that students are not allowed to engage in activities that could
deface the college and ruin the academic atmosphere, such as writing or drawing
on walls, doors, or furniture.

Students are urged to handle the lab's furnishings, tools, fixtures, and
appliances with care.
19. It is
entirely forbidden for students to organize any unapproved parties or
decorations on campus, no matter how large.
It is
advised that students utilize all of the academic, co-curricular, and
extracurricular opportunities offered by the college.

Political action of any kind is not permitted on college property.
22.
According to the instructions of the Hon. Supreme Court of India, harassing
juniors or engaging in any other type of ragging is unacceptable and will be
handled as a criminal offence by law enforcement officials.
Responsibilities of
Faculty Members
o It is encouraged that
faculty members constantly seek out fresh opportunities and strategies for
encouraging and guiding students towards academic success and professional
development.
o Faculty members must
attend the best lectures on the subject, which include both theoretical and
real-world examples.
o While instructing the
students, a faculty person must demonstrate dedication.
o
To improve the system and academic atmosphere of the
institute, a faculty member must be a good thinker with optimistic thinking.
o A faculty member is
intended to provide basic guidance to the students on how to uphold their
discipline and advance their careers.
o It should not be permitted
for faculty members to argue with students in front of everyone.
o While speaking with
students and other colleagues, faculty members should be courteous and
considerate.
o
A faculty member must be present in the department and/or
academic area of the institute at all times, excluding lunchtime, and no
private meetings are allowed to be held on the college campus.
Responsibilities Of Office
Superintendent
o To carefully review
admission records and eligibility documentation.
o To oversee and manage the
personnel records of faculty and staff.
o Keeping up with staff
members' P.F. accounts as necessary.
o Maintaining the discipline
and work schedule of class IV employees.
o Examine the staff's
attendance record carefully and submit it everyday for the principal's
countersignature.
o Keep a movement registry
for staff members under the supervision of office administration.
o Monitor daily reports from
the college's security section and other departments.
o Maintain the keyboard and
keep an eye on the key movement log.
o On the principal's
directions, begin disciplining students when necessary.
o
Provide assistance to accounts and other sections as needed
or requested
o Plan the printing of the
institute's brochures and placement materials.
o Assisting the assistant
principal in graciously welcome visitors and dignitaries.
o Start and keep track of
every correspondence, then forward it to the principal, the HOD, and the
section heads.
o Keeping all of the files
organised and systematically numbered and updated.
o He will be in charge of
all issues related to the establishment, students, stores, maintenance, and
security sections.
o He shall not directly or
indirectly interact with admission matters while supervising control of the
admission division.
o The Institute's staff is
generally in good order and gets along.
o To meet parents, visitors,
and students in a gracious and enjoyable way so that no one is injured, and to
resolve any issues involving the HOD or section head
Responsibilities Of Librarian
• Creating
and distributing library cards to faculty and employees.
• To accept
student demand papers and provide books to students in accordance with their
requests and library policies.
• To monitor
the return of books that were given to students and staff.
• To keep a
fine collecting register and give pupils instructions on how to deposit fines
through challan at the bank.
• To receive
requests, issue books to students and employees, and collect those books in
accordance with the proper protocol.
• To display
new arrivals by photocopying the books' and periodicals' covers
• To get
international publications and magazines and to highlight news and interesting
articles.
• To maintain
and update paper cuttings files.
• To assemble back issues of
magazines and journals and make plans for binding and stacking.
• To ensure
that the library is consistently clean and well-kept.
• To address
any issues that staff members may have as soon as possible.
• To keep
daily records of visits to the library by students, staff, and professors.
• Posting
newspaper clippings on notice boards about social and educational issues.
• To run
library committee meetings in accordance with the rules and serve as the
committee's secretary.
• To periodically compile the amount of books and periodicals needed and give the principal the list for additional purchasing.
• To maintain library automation and update it as necessary. To successfully promote teachers and students to use e-books that are always in good functioning order.
• Prepare a
list of books that are outdated and damaged beyond repair in order to perform a
100% annual verification.
• To
regularly undertake book binding for damaged books.
• To inform
HOD/section heads of any books that professors or students have not at all
recommended.
• To welcome
the expert committee and effectively address them.
• Any additional task that the
Principal may occasionally assign.
